Must have
- 8+ years of product management experience, including leading broad product areas or platforms in a B2B environment
- 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing Product Managers (managing Designers is an advantage)
- Demonstrated experience managing roadmaps, releases, launches, and cross-functional delivery from strategy through execution
- Strong product judgment and experience working directly with enterprise customers, technical buyers, security teams, and executive stakeholders
- Strong technical orientation, with the ability to partner deeply with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, dependencies, and tradeoffs
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, IAM, privileged access management, DevOps, or another complex technical domain

We are looking for a Sr Group Manager of Product to lead Apono’s product team and oversee the entire Apono platform, including its integration with 1Password. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can combine strong product judgment, people leadership, execution discipline, and deep care for customers and teams.
You will be responsible for creating cohesiveness across the platform, ensuring that different product areas, user experiences, workflows, and integrations come together into one clear and powerful product.
You will report directly to the Director of Product, providing ongoing visibility into roadmap progress, execution risks, release readiness, and product impact. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success and leadership to ensure that Apono is building the right things, in the right way, for our customers.
