Senior Growth & Paid Media Manager (w/m/d)

We are looking for a senior, hands-on growth marketer to own our paid channel strategy and make our media investment work harder.
You will connect audience insight, creative campaigns, data and technology into a repeatable brand-to-demand engine.
You can set direction, get into the platforms, challenge weak signals and show what is working in terms the business understands.

• Channel and investment strategy: You build a full-funnel media plan tied to FTAPI's target accounts, buying groups, priority campaigns and pipeline goals. You balance demand creation with demand capture and make budget trade-offs clear

• Campaign execution: You plan, launch and optimise paid search, paid social, programmatic display, sponsored content and retargeting. You test digital out-of-home and emerging channels where there is a sound audience and measurement case. You own budgets, pacing and agency or vendor performance, and execute directly when needed

• Audience and creative effectiveness: You use account, persona, intent and first-party insight to shape targeting and journeys. You work with Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand and Sales to test messages, offers, creative and landing pages for CIOs, CISOs and other decision-makers

• Measurement and commercial impact: You partner with Marketing Operations and RevOps to connect media activity to CRM opportunities and revenue. You establish conversion, naming, UTM, tracking QA and reporting standards. You use attribution as one input to investment decisions and explain its limits clearly

• A scalable operating model: You build briefs, targeting rules, creative requirements, launch checklists and campaign blueprints that improve the speed and consistency of activation

• Experimentation and AI: You run a disciplined test roadmap across audiences, creative, landing pages and channel mix. You use AI to accelerate research, analysis, creative iteration, reporting and workflow automation, with human review and clear measures of impact

• Substantial hands-on B2B paid media and growth experience, ideally with complex technology and mid-market or enterprise buying groups

• Evidence that your work improved qualified pipeline, opportunity progression or revenue, not just clicks and lead volume

• Strong command of search and paid social, plus judgment about when other channels merit investment. You can challenge platform defaults and agency recommendations

• Fluency in CRM-linked measurement, conversion tracking, experimentation, funnel analysis and budget allocation

• A practical AI-enabled approach: you can describe workflows you've built, what they improved and how you checked their outputs

• Commercial judgment and ownership: you diagnose problems, recommend action and follow through without waiting for a perfect brief

• The ability to turn complex performance data into clear recommendations for Marketing, Sales, RevOps and senior leadership
• You work confidently in German and English (C1)

• Collegial environment: A team of around 140 people who will welcome you with open arms, support you, and with whom you'll have a lot of fun
• Comprehensive onboarding & modern equipment: On your first day, you’ll receive an onboarding package that includes modern hardware (headset, monitor, etc.) and access to our AI tools. If you’re a developer, you get to choose which hardware you’d like to work with. During your first few weeks, you’ll be paired with a mentor and go through a structured onboarding process
• Sports or shopping: With EGYM Wellpass, you can use a wide range of sports and wellness offerings across Germany. Prefer home workouts or shopping? No problem! Choose a voucher of your choice worth €50 per month
• Job bike or Deutschland Ticket: Choose whether you'd rather have your Job Rad (company bike) or your Deutschland Ticket subsidized. If you go for the Deutschland Ticket, you only pay €23 yourself. And the best part: you can still sign a Job Rad contract, it just won't be subsidized
• Boost your (mental) well-being with Nilo Health: Book 1:1 coaching sessions with leading psychologists or access countless workshops and round tables on a variety of topics, whether private or work-related
• Take a break from everyday work with 30 days of vacation: Rest and recharge so you can come back and get going together with us
• Mobile working: We'd love to see you in the office! We have all kinds of treats and other perks there to make working together not only fun, but also well catered. Mobile working is completely flexible in most teams and possible by arrangement in some teams
• Relocating? We've got your back! Moving for your new job with us? We'll support you with up to €2,000 so that your start with us goes as smoothly as possible
• Professional development: FTAPI is growing, and to help you grow along with us, we offer a variety of opportunities and resources to support your professional development—from training sessions and conferences to AI initiatives like our AI Month
• Top-notch catering: Didn't have time for a leisurely breakfast after getting up? No problem—we've got you covered! FTAPI offers a huge selection of cereal, fruit, and snacks
• Regular team and company events: Whether it's the summer party, Wiesn, Christmas party, or grilling on our roof terrace, there's always something going on
