Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end system-level hardware architecture
including design, manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing of
high-reliability electronics for airborne and space applications.
- Gather system requirements, perform component
selection, and create Bills of Materials (BoMs) with consideration for cost,
availability, and lead times.
- Design power architectures including DC-DC converters,
LDOs, protection circuits, power sequencing, and detailed power budgeting.
- Develop, review, and maintain schematics and PCB
layouts for embedded hardware systems.
- Implement and interface RFSoC/MPSoC, FPGAs, MCUs, and
SoCs with external peripherals; integrate and validate interfaces such as SPI,
UART, I²C, GPIO, and PCIe.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors for
fabrication, assembly, and testing in compliance with aerospace standards
(AS9100).
- Collaborate closely with firmware teams to support
hardware bring-up, debugging, and system validation.
- Perform comprehensive hardware testing and ensure
compliance with quality and reliability standards.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
