Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with 24 years of experience, primarily in Talent Acquisition, along with basic knowledge of HR Operations. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer rollout).
Handle job postings, vendor coordination, and candidate pipeline management.
Support onboarding and documentation process.
Assist in HR operations including attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and HRMS updates.
Maintain employee data and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
13 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition.
Basic understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools. .
