This individual will play a key role in product strategy, solution design, vendor management, application integrations, troubleshooting, testing, issue resolution, and mentoring team members.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and guide the design, configuration, enhancement, and support of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions, with a focus on vended access management platforms.
- Develop technical and functional designs that address complex business requirements, application access needs, and security objectives.

- Contribute to product planning by creating, refining, and guiding user stories for complex features, including coaching team members who may be learning the platform or process.
- Facilitate feature review sessions for complex business issues and requirements, document key decisions, and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
- Create functional designs using moderate technical skills to address complex business processes, product features, and application integration needs.
- Support the planning, execution, and review of module, integration, and system testing for assigned features and product stories.
- Manage issues, blockers, defects, and implementation risks through resolution for assigned features and product stories.
