Senior IT Administrator

At Promise Group, we don’t just deliver technology. We accelerate business. As a trusted Microsoft Partner, we help organizations unlock the full potential of Microsoft technologies through cloud, AI, security, modern workplace, data, and infrastructure solutions. Through our work with both business customers and partner networks, we deliver innovative solutions that drive digital transformation across CEE, the Baltics, SEE, and CCA markets.

We work in an international environment where collaboration and a proactive approach matter. We believe in taking responsibility, building relationships based on trust and respect, and always looking for better ways to learn, grow, and improve. We value people who take ownership of their work, share knowledge, and enjoy working toward common goals.

We are looking for an Internal IT Administrator to join our IT team and take responsibility for the administration, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of our internal IT infrastructure.

You will work closely with the internal IT team (IT Administrators, IT Support Specialists, and a Security Engineer), helping ensure that our infrastructure and IT services remain stable, secure, and reliable for employees across the organization. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on Active Directory, SCCM, backup infrastructure, RDS, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
