What will you do?

As an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer you are responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions that are reliable, supportable, and delivered to agreed quality, SLA, and delivery expectations as well as provide solution support.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’:

• Apply agreed patterns, secure software engineering practices, and lifecycle processes consistently.

Stakeholder Management

• Clarify requirements, support impacts, and acceptance criteria with product leads and stakeholders.

• Provide timely status updates on delivery progress, incidents, risks, and escalations.

• Communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to varying request. Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills. And as part of a new team, you will have the opportunity to shape this role and have input into how we evolve it over time to WOW our employees and make an even bigger impact on the world. You will also need the following:

• 4+ years of experience in Power Platform development, application design, and support, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 integration patterns.

• Development experience using JSON, Azure, Microsoft 365, RESTful web services, and Power BI.

• Clear communication, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder update skills.

• Accountable, collaborative, and willing to learn while seeking guidance when complexity or risk increases.

Our Aurecon Attributes describe the types of people we bring together for clients. We don’t expect you to have all eight of the attributes, but one that is unique to you.

Finally, we value that each of our team members brings something different to Aurecon. We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life. Does that sound like you?
