Full description
The Role:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using various artifacts (BRDs, functional specs, user stories, process flows, data models) tailored to the delivery methodology (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with senior business and IT stakeholders to achieve consensus and formal sign-off. Act as the primary liaison to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Collaborate with technical team, and vendors to evaluate solutions. Ensure solutions are met with the defined business requirements and agreed by business.
- Support the test strategies, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve defects, and ensure delivered solutions meet the acceptance criteria.
- Manage requirement changes and impact analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Support post-go-live activities, including training and benefits realization tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT, Business Analysis, or Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering and supporting complex enterprise projects.
- Hands-on experience across the full project delivery lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies, with the ability to lead discussions and drive consensus on solution design.
- Strong capability to gather, analyze, and evaluate business processes and pain points, and translate business requirements into practical solutions while coordinating end-to-end delivery with technical teams.
- Good understanding of APIs and system integration concepts, with familiarity in business process and system modeling standards such as BPMN and UML.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficient in both Putonghua and English.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Tencent Cloud, AWS, or Azure), CRM systems, SAP, or loyalty program solutions will be considered a strong advantage.
