Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain servers, networks, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
Monitor system availability, performance, and security.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, server, network, and Microsoft 365 issues.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server, virtualization, and network devices.
Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or IT Operations.
Experience leading projects or mentoring team members.
Good communication skills in English.
Experience administering Microsoft 365.
Experience with Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy).
Good understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall).
Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
