Senior IT Officer

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for all respective teams for the group level

• The position holder will work to support the users base for business requirements collection, planning cost and timeline

• Design business new features, and process flows, with implementation

• Training and support end users knowledge to provide maintenance, configuration, and reporting

• Coordinate UAT and training for business users

• Take responsibility for IT project deployment; evaluate post-implementation results for necessary system fine-tunings and operation adaptation

• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configurations and related materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information system, IT or relevant field

• 1 - 3 years of work experience as a Project Analyst for an internal large-scale system OR ERP/CRM system etc.

• Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/ CRM) system implementation OR related systems

• Knowledgeable in web or mobile application development

• Experience in database programming (PL/SQL, Transact-SQL)

• Good team player with strong troubleshooting skills

• Good communication skills

• Knowledge in cyber security will be a plus

• Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
