Must have
- 5+ years' experience delivering complex IT and business transformation projects
- Proven experience managing ERP, business systems, finance systems or construction technology projects
- Exposure to COINS ERP, COINS EVO, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Viewpoint, Causeway or similar construction-sector platforms
- Experience delivering application, SaaS, infrastructure and integration projects
- Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, integrations and data migration projects
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies
Nice to have
- Experience within construction, housebuilding, engineering, infrastructure or property sectors
