Full description
Salary: $30,000 – $40,000 per month
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance to users on the use of various IT applications
- Handle user enquiries and troubleshoot application-related issues
- Coordinate with developers on bug fixes, system updates and issue resolution
- Assist with application testing and software upgrades
- Prepare and update application documentation and e-forms
- Perform other IT support duties as assigned by supervisors
About you
- Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 3 years' proven IT application helpdesk experience
- Experience with Windows 7/8/10 and at least 6 months' MySQL experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good telephone manner, communication skills and customer service skills
- Responsible, service-oriented and able to communicate effectively with users
