Full description
AdeptID is building the AI-first Talent Company to solve talent shortages at scale. Our talent matching technology is embedded in ATS, HCM, and job boards, enabling workflows across recruiting, job search, and career navigation. Our API-first strategy does more than create revenue: it generates training data, strengthens our models, and advances our mission to match every person to the right job.
We are now applying that same technology, data, and network to build an AI-first staffing business, starting in healthcare, designed to deliver faster placements and stronger matches. Many ATS platforms have tried to build their own search and match, only to learn it is slower, costlier, and riskier than expected: AdeptID has shown early partners that our APIs are better, safer, faster, and cheaper than building in-house.
Our API business and our staffing business reinforce each other: the same core software and data power both, the API business sharpens the matching technology, and the staffing business puts it to work placing people. Backed by leading investors, we have a healthy balance sheet and are in an ambitious growth phase: investing in technology, acquiring staffing businesses, and building the team that will define the next generation of talent matching.
The Role
We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to be the senior hands-on point of contact for technology across AdeptID and our staffing business. You will resolve escalated issues for employees in the office and remotely, set up and manage Mac and Windows devices, administer our cloud productivity and identity tools, and keep documentation current so problems get fixed once. You will work closely with the IT Manager, handle most problems on your own, and explain technical issues clearly to colleagues who are not technical. This is a hands-on role on a small and growing team, and you will use modern AI tools in your daily work.
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide first-line and escalated support to employees, in the office and remotely, for hardware, software, accounts, and access, and track each request through to resolution
-
Set up, configure, and deliver laptops and other equipment for new hires, and collect and wipe devices when people leave
-
Support Mac and Windows devices integrated with cloud services such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, with devices enrolled and managed through Intune
-
Manage user accounts, group membership, and application access in our identity and single sign-on tools, and help keep MFA and password manager coverage complete
-
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, printer, and meeting room issues, and coordinate with vendors when a problem needs outside help
