Our client, a leading financial technology organization, is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join their growing engineering team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining robust, high-performance core backend systems for high-volume financial applications.
Responsibilities:
- System Development & Architecture: Lead the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for high-availability financial application systems, from system design to development, testing, and deployment.
- Requirements & Technical Translation: Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex business and project requirements into functional technical specifications and scalable architecture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional engineering teams, clearly communicating complex technical solutions and architecture decisions to non-technical stakeholders in plain language.
- Performance & Reliability: Ensure optimal application performance, system reliability, code quality, and maintainability across high-throughput distributed microservices.
