Senior /Junior Java Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, development, and daily maintenance of Web3.0/blockchain/telecommunications related systems, ensuring stability and efficiency.

• Participate in the upgrades, performance optimization, and code refactoring of existing backend systems to enhance scalability.

• Independently complete module design, coding, and related technical documentation based on product requirements.

• Collaborate closely with product, testing, and front-end teams to create secure and user-friendly products.

• Focus on system security and performance, continuously optimizing databases, servers, and networks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 2–5 years Java development experience preferred (candidates with less experience may be considered for Junior positions)

• Experience in performance optimization for:

• Databases (MySQL, etc.)

• Linux servers

• Network communication

• Solid Java fundamentals (multithreading, concurrency, collections, networking, I/O, JVM).

• Experience designing distributed systems and applying related technologies.

• Familiar with SpringMVC, SpringBoot, SpringCloud, Docker, Mybatis, Dubbo, ZooKeeper; understanding of internals a plus.

• Knowledge of high-performance, high-concurrency system design (distributed caching, ElasticSearch, message queues).

• Proficiency in SQL, caching, messaging, queues, and async frameworks.

• Putonghua is a must.
