Senior Manager/Associate Director - Talent Acquisition - Internet/Online

Senior Manager / Associate Director - Talent Acquisition:

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8 - 12 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition leader to drive high-volume hiring, with a strong focus on Sales and frontline talent. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly execution-oriented, and can independently own hiring mandates while managing a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end volume hiring across Sales and other business-critical functions.

• Drive high-volume recruitment across frontline, field sales, inside sales and leadership-at-scale roles.

• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline through multiple sourcing channels.

• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver against aggressive hiring targets.

• Drive speed, quality and closure across the recruitment funnel.

• Track hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks and continuously improve TA productivity and conversion rates.

• Manage and mentor a small team of recruiters; set clear targets and ensure execution.

• Strengthen sourcing strategies, vendor/channel mix and recruitment processes to support rapid business growth.

• Stay closely connected to the talent market and build relevant talent pools for recurring hiring needs.

What We're Looking For:

• 8 - 12 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in high-growth/startup environments.

• Strong experience in volume/bulk hiring, particularly Sales hiring.

• Proven ability to personally drive execution rather than operate only at a strategic level.

• Experience managing high hiring volumes and aggressive TATs.

• Some experience in team handling, mentoring and performance management.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Data-driven, process-oriented and highly accountable for hiring outcomes.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
