A DevOps Architect is a key role within an organization that focuses on designing, implementing,
and managing the DevOps practices and infrastructure. This role requires a combination of
technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of software development and
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement DevOps strategies, frameworks, and practices to optimize software development and delivery processes.
- Self-driven, proactively review and improve DevSecOps platform
- Collaborate with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Define and establish DevOps best practices, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Automate and manage the continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform, Ansible, ARM templates or Bicep within Azure environment.
- Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the availability and performance of applications.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance the DevOps ecosystem
- Lead and mentor development and operations teams in adopting DevOps practices and technologies.
