Senior Manager – Pre-Sales (Dezy | Bengaluru | Full-time)
About the Role
Dezy is hiring a Senior Manager – Pre-Sales to own the patient funnel from first enquiry to clinic walk-in across Dezy’s network. This role is for a sales professional with 5-8 years of experience who has managed inside sales or tele-sales teams and wants to own outcomes, not just activity. A clinical background is not required.
You will lead the tele-sales, lead management, and appointment teams, and be accountable for how every lead is handled, qualified, booked, and brought into a Dezy clinic. You’ll own the conversion numbers, tighten the processes, and drive daily performance across the team.
