About Company:
Scripbox is a leading wealth management company with over 14 years of expertise and more than ₹23,000 crore in assets under management (AUM). We offer a comprehensive suite of wealth management solutions, including Mutual Fund Services (MFS), Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), and Portfolio Management Services (PMS), helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals.
As part of our growth journey, Scripbox has successfully acquired and integrated 10 companies since 2021, expanding our presence across eight office locations. Backed by Series D funding, we continue to scale rapidly, strengthen our wealth management capabilities, and deliver innovative, client-centric investment solutions across India.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our wealth
management product line — spanning goal-based investing, mutual fund
portfolios, and advisory-led offerings for our affluent/HNI segment. You'll set product strategy, deeply understand investor behavior, and partner across engineering, design, data, compliance, and our Relationship Manager (RM) and advisory teams to ship products that help customers grow and protect their wealth with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for wealth management offerings — from discovery and requirements through launch, iteration, and scale.
● Define and drive product strategy and roadmap aligned to Scripbox's mission of long-term investor wealth creation.
● Conduct deep customer research (qualitative and quantitative) to
uncover investor needs, behavioral biases, and friction points across the journey — onboarding, portfolio construction, rebalancing, goal tracking, tax planning, and retirement.
● Translate customer and business problems into clear PRDs, user stories, and edge cases that engineering and design can build against.
● Use data and analytics (SQL, Amplitude/Mixpanel or similar) to track
product health, design experiments (A/B tests), and make data-informed prioritization calls.
● Partner closely with investment research, compliance, and legal to
ensure products meet SEBI, AMFI, and other regulatory requirements for mutual funds, PMS/advisory, or insurance products.
● Work closely with Relationship Managers and the wealth advisory team to bring ground-level customer feedback into the product roadmap.
● Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality, scalable features, balancing speed with the rigor required for financial products.
● Define and own success metrics — AUM growth, retention, activation, NPS, portfolio health — and report progress to leadership.
● Track the competitive landscape and emerging wealthtech trends to
sharpen Scripbox's differentiation.
Qualification:
- 6–10 years of overall experience, including at least 3–4 years in product
management, ideally in fintech, wealthtech, or consumer internet.
Skills:
- Prior experience building products in investments, mutual funds, wealth
management, insurance, or lending is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills; hands-on with SQL and product analytics tools
(Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured product
requirements and ship high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management — comfortable working across
engineering, design, compliance, business, and leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to write clear PRDs and
influence without authority.
- A customer-obsessed mindset with genuine interest in personal finance and investor behaviour.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field; MBA is a
plus but not required.
What We Offer :
- Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits, including NPS, gratuity, and performance-based rewards that recognize your skills and contributions.
- Performance-based variable pay and incentive programs (role-based), along with additional function-specific benefits where applicable.
- Flexible work policies that support work-life balance while enabling collaboration and productivity.
- Annual learning and development allowance to support your professional growth, continuous learning, and upskilling.
- Clear career progression opportunities with exposure to challenging, high-impact work in a collaborative, inclusive, and innovation-driven environment.
- Comprehensive health benefits.
