- IT education or comparable practical qualification with several years of experience engineering and operating professional Windows client environments

Full description
Verantwortung:
- Technische Verantwortung für eine standardisierte Windows-Client-Plattform von Architektur und Deployment über den laufenden Betrieb bis zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Administration und Optimierung der Microsoft-Intune- und M365-Geräteumgebung inklusive Client Lifecycle, Softwareverteilung, Patch Management und automatisierter Bereitstellung
- Umsetzung moderner Endpoint-Security- und Compliance-Konzepte mit Entra ID, Conditional Access, Device Compliance, Client Hardening und integriertem Schwachstellenmanagement
- Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Themen sowie Leitung von Workplace-Projekten und Sicherstellung einer revisionsfähigen technischen Dokumentation
Qualifikationen:
- Informatikausbildung oder vergleichbare praktische Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Engineering und Betrieb professioneller Windows-Client-Umgebungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 und Conditional Access sowie Erfahrung mit Deployment, Patch Management und automatisiertem Endpoint Management
- Gute Security-Expertise mit Microsoft Defender for Endpoint oder vergleichbaren XDR-Lösungen sowie Kenntnisse in Client Hardening, CIS-Standards, Vulnerability Management und Compliance
- Strukturierter und eigenverantwortlicher Engineer mit PowerShell-Know-how, ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein und idealerweise Erfahrung in regulierten IT-Umgebungen
