About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Motion & Brand Designer to create motion and brand creative across our most important acquisition channels — CRM, landing pages, and paid social. This is a senior role for a designer who moves comfortably between quick-turn executions and more polished, higher-fidelity campaign work, bringing strong craft and sound judgment to both.
You'll be the team's go-to expert in motion — GIFs, animation, and video. You'll also bring strong foundational design chops, so you can flex across formats and project types. The work is almost entirely digital; print or packaging comes up only occasionally.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end creation of motion assets across email/CRM (animated GIFs, banners), website and landing page graphics, paid social ads, organic social content, and campaign videos.
- Apply deep motion design expertise (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Jitter) alongside strong core design skills (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) to deliver polished, on-brand work across multiple formats.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects at varying stages of finish — from rough concepts to final production-ready assets with the flexibility to move between quick executions and longer-lead campaign work.
- Build deep fluency in our brand system and voice so you can work independently, with minimal rounds of review.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and processes so the team can handle a growing volume of requests without sacrificing quality, craft, or bandwidth.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing and brand stakeholders to turn briefs into creative that performs.
