Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Senior Motion Graphic Designer - DotYeti

Important Note: This position operates within the Manila, Philippines time zone (4 PM - 12 MN PHT). Flexibility with working hours is essential.

At DotYeti, we believe great design should feel as good to make as it does to look at. We're a fully remote creative team helping businesses bring their ideas to life. Everything we make starts with two things: artistry in every detail and excellence in every delivery. The rest comes naturally: joy in the work, growth for everyone, and a team that has each other's backs.

What you'll do:

• Creative Craft: Drive high-concept motion graphic directions, cinematic animations, complex video production, and visual strategies, made with real artistry and the kind of detail people notice.
• Quality & Delivery: Deliver benchmark-setting motion content, advanced video edits, and master visual assets that are polished, on-brand, and on time. You hold your work to a high bar before anyone else has to.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to turn briefs into impactful motion concepts and visual strategies, share feedback openly, and keep projects moving (and fun).
• Problem Solving: Resolve complex rigging and keyframe technicalities, optimize heavy render pipelines, and troubleshoot multi-software visual workflows across Adobe tools, finding fixes that last, not just quick patches.
• Learning & Tools: Explore new tools, AI workflows, and techniques that help the team create better work.

Our ideal candidate:

• Proven years of experience in motion design, animation, or modern video editing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful 2D motion graphics and brand videos
• Familiarity with modern motion workflows such as 3D tools (Blender/C4D), advanced rendering (Redshift/Octane), color grading (DaVinci Resolve), or web/app animations (Lottie/Rive)
• Has a great eye and cares how things look, feel, and work, not just whether they're finished.
• Takes pride in the details and doesn't call it done until it's right.
• Is naturally curious, always tinkering with a new tool, trick, or technique.
• Communicates clearly, offers help, asks for it, and celebrates wins with the team.

Bonus Points for:

• Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
• Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.

What We Offer:

• Fully Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment in an independent contractor setup.
• Paid Time Off & Benefits: Generous paid time off, mental health leave, and comprehensive health coverage.
• Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary with yearly performance-based raises.
• Equipment Allowance: Allowance provided to equip your home office.
• Professional Growth: Opportunity to grow with a talented and collaborative team.

How we hire:

• Let's get to know each other. A relaxed first chat about how you work, how you communicate, and what makes work fun for you.
• Show us your craft. This is the big one. A practical assessment where we look at your creativity, your attention to detail, and the polish of the final result.
• Final interview. We'll talk through your work, how you tackle problems, and where you want to grow next.
