Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead with German

Who We Are

They say we turn complexity into clarity, but at our Microsoft Competence Center within NTT DATA Romania, we know it’s more than that. We build end‑to‑end digital ecosystems for DACH customers, using the full power of the Microsoft stack. Our work blends engineering precision with architectural vision, whether we’re orchestrating enterprise workflows in Dynamics 365, crafting low‑code accelerators with Power Platform, designing cloud‑native services on Azure, or shaping modern workplaces powered by Microsoft 365 and Teams.

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead with German language skills to join a specialized team in the financial and accounting software domain, working on a portfolio of desktop applications that integrate third-party financial data into a complex accounting ecosystem. These applications convert data such as bank statements, e-commerce invoices, and payment exports into ready-to-post accounting entries, support corrections to accounting data, and enable payroll data exports in different formats.

You will be thefirst .NET expert joining this business area, which gives you the opportunity to shape how the .NET landscape develops from the very beginning. You will initially take responsibility for a defined portfolio of financial and accounting applications, while helping us build the technical expertise required to take over additional .NET applications in the future. Our goal is to grow this area around strong .NET expertise, following a similar approach to the one we have already established for Java applications. This means your contribution will go beyond individual application development: you will help create the technical foundation for a growing portfolio and, over time, for a broader .NET team. Whether you’re looking for a permanent position or a freelance collaboration, we’d love to talk. Apply now and let’s explore what we can build together.
