This work is grounded in authentic patient centricity, keeping the needs of people living with desmoid tumors at the center of every decision.

As a core member of the U.S. Commercial organization, this individual will partner cross-functionally with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to deliver a compliant, insight-driven customer experience. The mission of this role is to achieve territory sales objectives while establishing Immunome as a trusted commercial and scientific partner within the desmoid tumor community. • A minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in oncology or rare disease.

• Prior oncology launch experience is highly desirable.

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience in rare oncology, sarcoma, or specialty markets highly desirable. Success requires staying curious, learning quickly, and adapting faster than the evolving treatment landscape demands.

• Strong understanding of the local referral network, treatment dynamics, and payer landscape within the territory.
