- Design and execute validation plans for optical transceivers and related components.
- Calibration, characterization, and testing of electro-optic transceivers.
- Manage automated test platforms for optical transceiver validation.
- Review test results and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve product design and reliability.
- Validation processes documentation and technical reports generation.
- Be on the forefront of industry trends and advancements in optical communication technologies.
