Senior Partner Solution Sales Manager

Overview

Enterprise Partner Solutions, part of Microsoft’s Enterprise Partner Sales (EPS) organization, is accountable for building and co-selling innovative Microsoft Cloud & AI solutions and services, with our global Enterprise partners. Our Enterprise partner portfolio includes global systems integrators, advisories, high-value management consultancies (SI), independent software vendors (ISV) and software development companies - working together to empower people and organizations to achieve more.

As a Partner Solution Sales Manager, you will lead a team responsible for driving partner-led growth and creating strategic opportunities across industries. You will develop and execute partner sales strategies by connecting Microsoft’s product and industry priorities with partners’ business strategies, capabilities, and customer relationships. You will lead engagement across GSI and ESI partners, expanding relationships beyond account matching into strategic business-unit alignment, joint opportunity creation, technical enablement, and cross-organizational collaboration. Working as One Partner Team, you will orchestrate internal and external stakeholders to identify priority industries and accounts and accelerate flagship opportunities. As a people manager, you will set the overall strategic direction, coach and mentor team members, and build alignment and accountability around common priorities. Your success will be measured not only by individual deals, but by your team’s ability to create repeatable partner-led growth and customer impact.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
