- Design scalable integrations with ERP, billing, marketing and data platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).
- Set and enforce coding standards, design patterns (trigger frameworks, separation of concerns), code review practices and security best practices.
- Work with architects, product owners and business stakeholders to turn requirements into technical designs and estimates.
- Mentor and grow a team of senior and mid-level developers through reviews, pairing and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Assess new Salesforce releases and features and recommend how to adopt them.
- Reduce technical debt, and lead org health reviews, refactoring and platform optimization.
- Analyze business and technical requirements, providing actionable feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows.
- Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient project delivery.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL and asynchronous Apex.

- Deep experience with the Salesforce data model, the sharing and security model.
- Proven integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, OAuth, Platform Events, Streaming API and Bulk API.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
