Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Workday HCM Architect
In this role the Workday HCM Architect leads AMS techno-functional support and optimization for Workday HCM modules ensuring stability data integrity and process efficiency. This role drives configuration governance enhancement design and cross-functional coordination across HCM product families.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as techno-functional Implementation / AMS lead for HCM modules: Core HCM Compensation Advanced Compensation Benefits Absence Time Tracking and Country Extensions.
• Lead configuration reviews and validations to ensure alignment with global and local HR policies.
• Analyze change requests and assess business impact;
• provide configuration and testing guidance.
• Drive system stabilization by resolving recurring issues in business processes or integrations.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to prioritize AMS enhancements and manage release readiness.
• Support new country enablement and statutory configuration updates.
• Validate new features in Workday releases and recommend adoption based on value and readiness.
• Partner with Technical Architect on integration dependencies for recruiting payroll and downstream systems.
• Maintain HCM configuration inventory and process documentation.
• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) for AMS releases.
