**About the Role
As a Senior Procurement, you will lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement initiatives across multiple categories, supporting business operations in India while partnering closely with stakeholders in Indonesia, particularly within technology and general-related spend areas. You will act as a trusted sourcing partner to cross-functional teams, driving commercial value, supplier performance, and process excellence while ensuring compliance with procurement governance and policies.
What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across multiple spend categories, managing sourcing projects from requirement gathering through contract execution

Develop sourcing strategies and conduct market intelligence, supplier assessments, commercial evaluations, and negotiations to deliver cost optimization and business value

Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on procurement-related matters
- Partner with business teams in India and Indonesia, to ensure sourcing solutions align with business objectives

Drive supplier onboarding, governance, risk assessment, and compliance activities in accordance with internal policies and procurement standards

Manage contract-related activities, including commercial reviews, stakeholder alignment, negotiation support, and execution coordination
- Experience of using Coupa as part of procurement processing system is preferred

Identify and implement process improvements, sourcing best practices, and operational efficiencies to enhance procurement effectiveness and stakeholder experience
