This is a senior, hands-on role focused on designing chat-based experiences, AI-generated content flows, character creation tools, onboarding journeys, and subscription-based monetization systems. The products operate at significant scale and sit at the intersection of artificial intelligence, human interaction, and digital relationships.
You will partner closely with senior product and design leadership to define standards, evolve systems, and deliver experiences that are both emotionally engaging and commercially effective in a product category that is still being defined.

Key Responsibilities
Product and Feature Design
- Own the end-to-end design process for features across multiple product surfaces, from early concept through final delivery.
- Translate complex AI-driven capabilities into clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
- Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across products.
- Design for emerging UX patterns in a fast-moving AI landscape, informed by market research and competitive analysis.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel while delivering at speed without compromising design quality.
Collaboration and Prototyping
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing stakeholders from ideation through launch.
