Who You Are
You are a Senior Product Manager who leads the broader AI/ML product charter across key partner, platform integration, and data-centric products within Inovalon’s portfolio. You work across multiple business units, including products such as RWD and ScriptMed, to identify how AI-enabled workflows can create meaningful customer value and drive revenue growth. In this role, you partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and global teams to turn complex healthcare data and business problems into practical product outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution priorities for AI/ML-powered, partner, and platform integration products across multiple business units.
- Lead the end-to-end AI product lifecycle by framing problems, defining data requirements, evaluating models, supporting responsible AI and bias review, and guiding deployment and go-to-market planning.
- Translate healthcare business needs into product requirements, prototypes, and release plans, including AI-enabled workflows for data-centric products such as clinical notes, unstructured data extraction, and knowledge graph-related initiatives.
- Build and maintain unified product roadmaps, manage platform and cross-team dependencies, and coordinate delivery with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and offshore teams, including close collaboration with teams in India.
- Define, analyze, and manage product success metrics and KPIs, including adoption, business ROI, model performance, and launch outcomes, and use data to inform product decisions and prioritization.
- Develop business cases to support build, buy, or partner decisions and identify opportunities to launch products that generate revenue and strengthen Inovalon’s market position.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to shape commercialization plans, pricing strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market activities for new and enhanced products.
- Serve as the voice of the market and customer by gathering input from internal and external stakeholders and representing the product vision in customer conversations and industry settings.
