As a Senior Product Manager - B2B SaaS (m/f/x), you will own the development and execution of new ESG products, ensuring they align with evolving international regulations. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, UI/UX teams, and development teams to shape best-in-class solutions.

This role is based in Mannheim, a vibrant tech hub at the heart of Germany, where you'll collaborate with a talented, forward-thinking team. We embrace a hybrid work model, with three days a week in the office, ensuring the perfect balance between in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, development, and product delivery to bring products to life.
Ensuring regulatory compliance by staying informed on legal requirements and integrating them into product roadmaps.
Acting as the in-house product expert by keeping up-to-date with ESG legislation and proactively adapting product strategies to new developments.

Bringing expertise in B2B SaaS product management, covering both product discovery and delivery.
Experience working very closely with software engineers to build and improve products.
Driving data-informed decision-making by using market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory trends to guide product direction.
Balancing business, design, and technology by aligning diverse stakeholder needs to build intuitive, impactful products.
Communicating fluently in English (C1 level) to engage effectively with global teams and stakeholders - German skills are considered a plus.

A purpose-driven mission tackling complex sustainability challenges while working alongside global industry pioneers at a fast-growing unicorn company
Room for creativity through collaborative teamwork and an open communication culture
Flexibility and team bonding with our hybrid work options
Sustainable mobility options, promoting eco-friendly commuting solutions
Fun team events and outings with our global teams
An inspiring working environment in Mannheim (and globally!)
