Who We Are:
NaturalMotion is an award-winning UK game studio dedicated to crafting world-class mobile experiences. Alongside our continued live-service development on CSR Racing 2 (#1 drag racing series of all time), our team is stepping into its next chapter with an ambitious, unannounced project. Honoured for eight consecutive years as a GamesIndustry.biz Best Place to Work in the UK winner and named a Top 50 UK Game Maker in 2025 and 2026, we offer a collaborative studio culture backed by the global reach of Zynga and Take-Two Interactive.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us at NaturalMotion to help build a new, unannounced mobile free-to-play action game.
We embrace a hybrid work environment. Within this role, you would work 2 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with a multi-disciplined team (Design, Art, Programming & Analytics) to design, scope and implement core features that result in an outstanding gameplay experience for our players and positively inflect metrics.
- Own and manage the live operations schedule, ensuring best-in-class execution. Emphasis on attention to detail, proactive communication, and measurable results.
- Support the leadership team in defining and iterating upon the game’s business strategy to build a robust product roadmap for development and post-launch live content.
- Drive user and competitive research, champion the usage of core innovative game technology, and ensure that product decisions are based on in-depth data analysis and an understanding of the market.
- Collaborate effectively across different business divisions, including release operations, user acquisition, legal, and other stakeholders, given the use of an established Take-Two IP.
- Effectively champion product vision & strategy, monitor product progression through completion of milestones and partner with other parts of the organisation including Central Analytics and Product Marketing.
- Build knowledge and understanding of data driven insights within the rest of the team through regular communication about relevant dashboards and reports.
- Act as an independent, self-starter capable of driving projects forward autonomously.
What You’ll Bring:
- Product Management experience in free-to-play game development, with a proven track record in managing live operations and executing best-in-class practices.
- Strong passion for and in-depth knowledge of mid-core games, specifically within the action, shooter, or RPG genres.
- Proven experience working effectively with various cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., release operations, user acquisition, legal).
