Must have
- 6+ years of client-facing solution consulting and/or enterprise software implementations in TMS, ERP or financial SaaS
- Fluent English and Portuguese, written and spoken
- Track record leading complex multi-entity or multinational implementations as primary consultant or workstream lead
- Consultative mindset — challenging status quo and leading senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks and ERPs

At Ripple Treasury, we believe data-driven decisions are the heartbeat of a successful enterprise. As a Senior Professional Services Consultant based in São Paulo, you'll be our senior advisor to clients across Brazil and Latin America. You'll lead our most complex implementations from start to finish: multi-entity, multi-currency and multi-bank. You'll be the person clients and colleagues turn to for answers. Your job is to understand each client's business, show them best practice, and design solutions that turn their treasury operations into a real advantage. You'll also help build our delivery capability in the region and mentor the consultants around you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Engagement Leadership: Own delivery of complex, high-value implementations end to end, from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. You'll be accountable for scope, quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
- Discovery & Strategy: Run executive-level discovery with CFOs, Treasurers and Controllers. You'll uncover pain points, map current-state workflows and define measurable success criteria.
- Solution Architecture: Design and document the "To-Be" state across Ripple Treasury's full suite (cash, liquidity, payments, risk and accounting), including integrations with banks, ERPs and market data providers.
