Full description
About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex building automation projects across multiple sites, driving strategy, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement from planning to final delivery.
This role goes beyond project execution — it requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in construction management, BAS/HVAC systems, and organizational leadership. You’ll partner closely with clients, engineering teams, and senior leadership to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery that meets the highest technical standards.
Must be willing to travel 95% of the time including weekends and after-hours
Compensation starts at 160k annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple BAS construction projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and client requirements.
- Direct and mentor project teams, including field staff, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Own project portfolio performance — scope, budget, schedule, and quality — and deliver monthly financial and milestone reporting to senior executives.
- Oversee all contract documentation, change order management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate closely with clients to build trust, manage expectations, and serve as primary point of escalation.
- Evaluate and approve engineering designs, technical submittals, and BoMs for compliance and efficiency.
- Mitigate risk through proactive planning, forecasting, and issue resolution.
- Standardize best practices across projects to drive efficiency and quality in delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Divcon’s internal systems (e.g., DivPro), safety standards, and project documentation protocols.
