Full description
Job Description:
- Lead and guide the IBC team in continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all contractual obligations are performed accordingly by the teams
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and non-statutory licensing requirements. Conduct regular inspections of the building and equipment, and recommend improvements as needed.
- To support Account Director/Manager for strategic level meetings as required
- Arrange regular Operations meetings with respective FMM, HTD stakeholders and resolve any pertinent issues / matters requiring his attention
- Handling and assisting with audit, KPI and contractual matters
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering/Building/Facilities Management/Estate Management or relevant disciplines and minimum 5 years in similar position as Operation Manager with relevant working experience in similar property type.
