Senior Project Manager Modular Solutions (m/f/d)

Discover your exciting roleExentec and Modular Solutions

Exentec delivers critical environments for some of the world’s most demanding industries, combining decades of experience with precision engineering and proven execution. From concept through to commissioning, the business takes full responsibility for delivering high-performance infrastructure that meets the highest standards of reliability, compliance, and operational certainty.
With a global footprint and over 10,000 completed projects, Exentec is trusted by clients to deliver complex, mission-critical environments where performance, uptime, and predictability are essential. The business does not simply provide systems or components, it delivers fully operational solutions, ensuring that every project performs as intended from day one.
Modular Solutions represents a key part of Exentec’s execution model. By shifting traditionally site-based activities into controlled manufacturing environments, Exentec improves safety, quality, and schedule certainty while reducing on-site risk. Modules are engineered, assembled, and tested off-site, enabling faster installation and more predictable project outcomes. This approach allows parallel delivery - combining design, procurement, and manufacturing - to accelerate project timelines without compromising quality.
For clients, this translates into greater control and reduced uncertainty on complex builds. For employees, it represents a modern way of delivering construction projects, moving away from heavily site-based roles toward more structured, office- and factory-led environments, while still contributing to large-scale, high-impact programmes.

The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the end to end delivery of large, complex modular projects, typically within data centre and semiconductor facilities. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required technical and quality standards.
