This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced project management professional to support a globally recognized technology client across a complex portfolio of workplace, tenant improvement, renovation, relocation, and capital projects.
The ideal candidate brings significant experience managing corporate workplace and tenant improvement projects and is comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects. This individual will work closely with client leadership, workplace and facilities teams, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project partners to deliver high-quality projects that align with business, operational, and workplace objectives.
At Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), we lead the planning, development, and management of the places that shape and strengthen communities—where people live, learn, work, and innovate. B&D partners with institutions, municipalities, and organizations to deliver complex real estate and capital projects through strategic advisory and program management services across the full project lifecycle.
B&D recently joined forces with Project Management Advisors (PMA), bringing together two nationally recognized leaders in program management and real estate advisory services. Together, the combined firm offers expanded capabilities across industries and end-to-end project delivery—from early-stage strategy through design, construction, and occupancy.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage workplace and tenant improvement projects from planning through design, construction, and occupancy. You will serve as a key point of contact for the client and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client goals and workplace standards.

- Coordinate and lead regular project and design meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Document discussions, track action items, and maintain accountability across project teams
- Review project requirements, program objectives, and workplace standards and confirm their incorporation into project deliverables
