Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager – Workplace Technology Solutions to lead and oversee the successful delivery of Audio-Visual (AV), Unified Communications (UC), and workplace technology integration projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers, overseeing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and driving operational excellence across the project delivery function.
This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer expectations and quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Delivery Oversight
- Oversee multiple AV/UC and workplace technology integration projects from initiation through implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Provide guidance and supervision to Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor overall project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables comply with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
- Lead project reviews and provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and financial performance.
- Escalate and resolve complex project issues to minimise disruption to project delivery.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, ensuring consistent project management practices and delivery standards.
- Oversee workload distribution and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
- Support Project Managers in resolving project challenges, managing stakeholders, and making critical decisions.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
