- 8+ years in software QA, including 3-5 years in a lead or senior QA role
- Programming knowledge with TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python
- Hands-on experience with automated UI/API testing frameworks (Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Protractor)
- Experience with mobile app test automation
- Familiarity with data quality testing in cloud environments (AWS, Redshift, S3)
- Comfortable writing and executing SQL queries for backend validation
- Exposure to AI/ML product testing or model verification workflows
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

| About the role:
Foodsmart is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Lead to take ownership of day-to-day QA execution and team coordination in our health tech platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with test automation, manual testing, and data validation, and will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality across our web, mobile, backend, and data-driven products. As QA Lead, you’ll guide junior testers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that releases are timely, high-quality, and compliant with healthcare standards.
