Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior/ QA Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for leading test strategy development, building automated testing frameworks, and ensuring high-quality product delivery. You will work closely with the development team to promote Shift-Left testing culture in an agile environment, enhancing overall product stability and user experience.
Key Responsibilities：
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation testing frameworks (Web, Mobile, and API)
- Lead test planning, including test strategy, scope, and risk assessment
- Develop and execute functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test results, track defects, and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Mentor Junior QA Engineers and work closely with cross border remote colleagues as well as improve overall team testing capabilities
- Participate in requirements review and technical design discussions to ensure testability
- Continuously optimize testing processes and introduce new tools and best practices
