“Leading the World with Innovative Solutions that Enhance Lives”
Are you a quality-focused professional with a passion for continuous improvement and driving operational excellence? We're looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our products and services consistently meet both customer expectations and regulatory standards.
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will work collaboratively across the business to support and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring processes are followed effectively and opportunities for improvement are identified and implemented. You will lead investigations into customer complaints and non-conformances, driving robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) that deliver meaningful and sustainable improvements.
Working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Design, Purchasing and Customer Services teams, you will coordinate internal audits, support quality performance monitoring, and identify trends that help enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. You will also act as a key point of contact for quality-related matters, deputising for management when required and supporting the wider QA team through effective workload management and KPI monitoring.
What we're looking for:
- HNC, BTEC Level 4/5, or equivalent apprenticeship in Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Around 5 years' experience within Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance or a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485.
- ISO 9001/14001 Lead Auditor qualification.
- Experience leading root-cause investigations and managing CAPAs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using FMEA, SPC, 8D, 5 Whys and Fishbone methodologies.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles (Green or Black Belt preferred).
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and mentor colleagues.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation where you'll have a direct impact on product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the business. If you're passionate about quality and ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
