About the role

As a Senior Regional Sales Manager, you’ll own the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to closing high-value deals with mid-to-large retailers across the UK and Ireland. You’ll take the lead in developing new business, expanding our market presence, and positioning Voyado as the go-to solution for retail and e-commerce brands.

Some things you'd be up to

• Drive outbound sales efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, both mid-market and enterprise deals.

• Lead negotiations, including pricing, structure, and expansion paths.

• Engage with retailers and e-commerce brands to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.

• Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.

• Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking forums to increase brand visibility.

So, who are you?

At Voyado, we thrive on innovation, ambition, and teamwork. To succeed in this role, you must be a self-starter who enjoys pursuing leads, fostering strong relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers. You’re an excellent communicator, persistent, and energized by closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Background:

• You have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with extensive experience managing the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and hunting for new business to closing high-value deals.

• You have a structured, value-based approach to selling - leveraging frameworks such as MEDDPICC or similar methodologies to engage, influence, and drive alignment among multiple senior stakeholders.

• You have experience working in a partner-dense product landscape, navigating complex ecosystems and collaborating with partners and integrations to create customer value and drive business growth.

• You’re a native-level English speaker who communicates with professionalism, clarity, and persuasive impact.

Making it personal with AI

We truly believe you’ll position yourself best for success in the interview process by being yourself with support from AI, where it makes sense. Later in the process, you might even be expected to use AI. But at the end of the day, what matters is meeting you, the person behind the application.

There is no such thing as a perfect candidate; we’re all human, so please, bring your authentic self! Don’t let AI over-polish your CV or answers to the point where we can’t hear your real voice, because that’s what we care about the most.
