Full description
Responsibilities
- Assist Manager to oversee daily store operations
- Achieve company objectives by promoting optimal staff performance
- To deliver quality customer service and purchasing experience
- Offering a personal shopping and styling experience to our clients
- Maximising profitability and delivering the monthly and seasonal sales targets and working closely with the team to do so
- Involved in-store promotional events or displays
- Ensuring that customers maintenance and management are done regularly to the company Database
- Maintaining a customer book of key customers and VIP
- Leading by example in all aspect of conduct especially for client follow-ups and clientele related matters
- Managing after sales-service of clients and take ownership for your part in the team dynamic
- Ensure weekly, and monthly sales reports are submitted to the management on time
- Ensure the visual merchandising and housekeeping is of Companys standard
- Working closely with the Operations team to ensure healthy stock levels are available
- Keeping stock replenished and initiate changes to improve business and resolve urgent issues
- Conducting regular stock takes
- Executing any other administrative tasks assigned and liaise with Management/ Head Office
