About the Role
Ever.Ag is seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded Revenue Operations professional to help strengthen our sales execution, pricing strategy, sales compensation programs, and overall revenue performance.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role working closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to improve the effectiveness and profitability of our go-to-market organization.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing deal pricing and commercial proposals, supporting executive Deal Review Board decisions, designing and administering sales compensation programs, and providing actionable insights into sales performance, productivity, and growth opportunities.
We are looking for someone with strong financial and analytical capabilities, sound business judgment, and the ability to translate data into practical recommendations. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, resourceful, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of taking ownership of multiple priorities.

- Develop commission structures, incentive programs, quota models, and performance measures for enterprise sales, inside sales, business development, and account management roles.
- Support the administration and measurement of sales compensation plans, including commission calculations, attainment reporting, and exception analysis.
- Analyze sales productivity, quota attainment, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and individual and team performance.
- Recommend improvements to sales compensation programs and performance management practices based on financial and operational analysis.
Deal Desk, Pricing & Commercial Strategy
- Serve as a key commercial resource supporting complex and high-value sales opportunities.

Commercial Process Improvement & Sales Enablement
