Senior RevOps Analyst — HubSpot Specialist

About the job

Most RevOps roles ask you to maintain the system. This one asks you to redefine it.

RevInfinity grew 300% last year. We work with B2B companies from Seed to Series C across the US, UK, and Pakistan. We're a HubSpot Solutions Partner with official AI provider partnerships, and we're one of the few teams in the world actively pushing the boundaries of what RevOps can actually do.

This isn't a "manage the CRM" job. This is a chance to be part of something genuinely new.

About RevInfinity

RevInfinity is a US-based RevOps startup redefining what's possible when sales, marketing, and customer success are truly aligned. We work with B2B companies globally — from early-stage startups to multi-million dollar Series C companies.

We're a HubSpot Solutions Partner with deep official partnerships across HubSpot, Salesforce, and leading AI providers. We hosted Pakistan's first RevOps meetup. We've grown 300% in the last 12 months. And we're just getting started.

We don't run playbooks. We write them.

You'll own client engagements end to end — from audits and architecture through to activation and reporting. You'll act as the technical HubSpot lead, manage multiple engagements simultaneously, and work directly with the founders on strategy and delivery.

This is hands-on. This is client-facing. This is yours to own.

What You'll Own

HubSpot Implementation — Pipelines, properties, workflows, sequences, reporting. Built right, from scratch. RevOps Audits — Diagnose CRM health and data quality issues. Translate findings into clear action plans. Automation & Integrations — Multi-system workflows across HubSpot, Zapier, and the full GTM stack. Reporting & Dashboards — Pipeline, attribution, and performance views that leadership actually uses. Client Delivery — Scoping, execution, updates, documentation. You own the outcome. GTM Strategy — Lead routing, lifecycle architecture, and ICP segmentation for B2B clients.
