The Opportunity
Team Liquid is looking for a Senior Sales & Partnerships Manager to manage and grow strategic partnerships with key clients, such as Alienware or Monster Energy. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with stakeholders, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the seamless execution of partnership deliverables.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Partnerships, you will manage the complete lifecycle of assigned partnerships, from onboarding and project delivery through renewal planning. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Creative Services and Talent Management, to ensure alignment between partner objectives and internal goals.
A key focus of this role will be identifying upsell opportunities within existing partnerships, optimizing costs, and producing detailed performance reporting to demonstrate partnership value and impact. You will also contribute to the overall efficiency and innovation of the Sales & Partnerships department through strategic projects, process improvements, and mentorship of junior team members.
Location: Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must be available to work onsite at our office at least three days per week.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Account Management
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships across brand, product and marketing teams, as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned partnership deliverables, ensuring seamless execution against scope, timeline and quality standards.
- Own revenue growth within existing partnerships through renewals and upsell opportunities, proactively identify and develop upsell opportunities within the account, and build the supporting business case.
- Monitor and report COGS on assigned deliverables, maintaining target margin and flagging variance.
- Produce partner-facing reporting that is clear and data-driven, demonstrating value in measurable terms — KPIs, engagement, media value and campaign outcomes.
- Manage partner onboarding, compliance checks and accurate records of contracts, deliverables and financials.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure delivery against scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), ensuring alignment with organizational financial targets and margin expectations.
- Sales & Business Development
- Create and pursue new sales opportunities from lead generation through to contract negotiation.
