Senior Sales Executive - Spain (remote)

About

Visor.ai is an agentic AI platform that helps enterprises automate and optimise customer service with AI Agents across voice, chat and quality management. Our agents learn from each business, take action across systems and handle high-volume interactions, while supporting human agents in complex cases and turning conversations into actionable insights. Our clients achieve up to 85% automation while keeping full control over their customer experience.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Lisbon, we work with clients across Europe, Africa and Latin America. Ten years on, we are an established company with consistent growth and a mature product. We have kept what made us different from day one: a dynamic, ambitious team, short decision paths and room for people who want to build.

Spain is a strategic market for us, and we are now hiring the person who will lead our growth there.

The role

As Senior Account Executive, you will build our client portfolio in the Spanish market from the ground up. You will own the full sales cycle: opening doors, running discovery, demonstrating value, negotiating and closing.

You will focus on new business with mid-to-large companies that run significant customer service operations, closing recurring contracts in the five- and six-figure range. You will not do it alone: you will have central product and solutions support, plus AI agents that handle research, meeting preparation, proposals, follow-ups and CRM updates, so you can spend your time where it matters most: with decision-makers.

No previous experience as a Country Manager or Team Leader is required. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to sell, and grow with the market they build.
