MAX is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to build strategic accounts across Texas and support broader U.S. expansion. The role requires a trusted-advisor profile who can engage CSOs, GSOC leaders, corporate security teams, family offices, and senior executives.

This is not a lead-following role. The candidate must independently open doors, create opportunities, build trust, and convert relationships into long-term commercial growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and own a Texas-focused pipeline of strategic corporate and private-sector clients.
• Generate opportunities through personal network, direct outreach, referrals, events, and proactive market engagement.
• Manage the full sales cycle and account expansion.
• Sell MAX’s integrated offering: intelligence, Scout AI, protective intelligence, travel security, duty of care, risk advisory, investigations, training, and operational support.
• Represent MAX in client meetings, executive briefings, conferences and industry forums.
• Coordinate with MAX intelligence, protection, product, and leadership teams to tailor solutions.

Success Measures

• Establish MAX’s presence in Texas with relevant corporate security and private-sector decision-makers.
• Create qualified meetings and proposals through independent outreach and trusted relationships.
• Close new business across multiple MAX service lines and expand accounts over time.
• Provide practical market feedback on client needs, competitors, pricing, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Credibility in corporate security, intelligence, executive protection, GSOC, risk advisory, law enforcement, military, or adjacent security sectors.
• Proven ability to sell complex professional services or multi-service security/risk solutions to enterprise clients.
• Existing U.S. network across corporate security, CSO, intelligence, GSOC, executive protection, resilience, or family office communities.
• Comfortable engaging CSOs, VPs of Security, Heads of Intelligence, GSOC Directors, family office executives, and C-level stakeholders.
