About the role
At Grupo NS we are hiring a Programmer Analyst Salesforce to join a long-term technological project.
We are looking for a profile with 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce, with advanced development mastery and the ability to act as a technical reference within the team, participating in the design of complex solutions and guaranteeing the scalability, quality, performance, and sustainability of the platform.
The position is oriented towards professionals with a solid technical foundation in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flow, as well as experience in architecture, integrations, optimization, and development best practices.
What you'll do
What will you do?
- Technically lead developments and evolutions on Salesforce.
- Analyze requirements and define the most suitable technical solution.
- Design components, data models, automations, and integrations.
- Develop advanced solutions using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL / SOSL
- Salesforce Flow
- APIs and native Salesforce capabilities
- Evaluate the technical impact of new developments on existing functionalities.
- Define and apply development patterns and standards.
- Perform code reviews and supervise the technical quality of deliveries.
- Diagnose and resolve complex incidents in production environments.
- Optimize the performance of solutions and the consumption of Governor Limits.
- Work with asynchronous processing and architectures oriented toward large data volumes.
- Design strategies to manage large volumes of data and transactions.
- Participate in technical estimations and planning of evolutions.
- Identify technical debt, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Technically coordinate dependencies with other systems and teams.
